My coach keeps telling me I don't tuck in my back tuck, and as I hard as I try I can't seem to do it. Any conditioning exercises I can practice that may improve the "tucking" part of my tuck?

;D

Thanks for the helpp!

well um..... all conditioning helps gymnastics
but back tucks.... yeah but not some much muscle building lol
and try to ge higher on ur rebond to ur back tuck
u should do squat jump really high ones.... and i guess for u if ur coach says to do it then u have it. it is just the fear.
try doing it on the crash mat ..thenk about it there is no way u can possibly get hurt on that.
and if u have it on there .. u have it on floor
cause the crash mat gives u no bounce.
also think u can do
trust me the only way u can get hurt is if i totally freek out in the middle ...so don't lol
best of luck ...don't worry u will get it soon

Go on the floor on your back. Roll back and forth on your back. This will get you used the the tucking. When you rebound immediately put your legs in a tuck to your chest. Good Luck!

Where do you put your arms in the tuck? Would your coach let you hug your shins or hamstrings to help you pull that tuck in?
