You need to schedule a visit with your OB/GYN as soon as you can, this is not normal and could be indicative of something serious, and only he/she would be able to best determine the etiology of your menorrhagia*

You didn't metion wether or not you were on hormonal contraception, (the pill, depo shot, etc). If so, they can cause 'break through' bleeding, or spotting between your periods. This isn't unusual, especially if you have just started using them. If you aren't on any form of hormonal birth control, then I would go and see my doctor, or GYN & get the bleeding checked out. It could be many different things, like endometriosis, fibroids (although these tend to happen to older women) ectopic (tubal) pregnancy, miscarriage, or hormonal imbalance. You also didn't say if your sexually active. If you are then you have to consider this as a possible symptom of an STD or infection. Remember, condoms only help prevent STD's & pregnancy, they don't guarantee that you won't get pregnant/STD's. Just to be safe, go and get this checked out. Good luck! :)

If you're sexually active, you might be having a miscarriage? You really need to talk to a nurse or see a doctor. Call up your local hospital and talk to triage nurse in the ER - they sometimes can give a better indication of what's going on and if you need to come in. Don't mess with this stuff.

Sometimes young women have irregular periods, but I can certainly see why this would bother you. See a doctor. In the meantime, make sure you are getting plenty of iron so you won't get sick from iron deficiency.

it incredibly is unusual yet no longer remarkable . Are you bleeding heavily or in simple terms recognizing? while you're bleeding heavily three times a month, you ought to talk on your OB. GYN. yet once you're in simple terms recognizing i does not worry approximately it. Chart it, so once you bypass to the wellbeing care professional you have sparkling education to offer him...

you need to be seen by an ob/gyn. you may have fibroids or be pregnant or your hormones got messed up somehow. have some tests run and you'll feel better knowing what's going on with your body.
