sure, you're terrific suited. the explanation you want the comma after the 1990 is by using the reality "In 1990" is a non-severe prepositional be conscious. something like "below, approximately, in, at, of", and so on are prepositions and 1990 is in a ingredient of the prepositional be conscious. A rule of prep. words is they consistently want a comma following, so which you're fairly terrific suited. stable interest ;)

If, in "c" you had a comma after car, it'd be OK. And, some people do not use the comma after "lobster" in "a"--it's called an Oxford comma (bet you didn't know that commas were named).
