a normal person can live without water about 3 days.
without air - a little over 3 minutes.
there are some temperatures so cold that you would die within minutes.
So , no, you can't live 2 months like that.

No. They would become overcome with hypothermia first (the body's core temp would drop). Once hypothermia sets in, it is a quick decent into death.
If there were able to stay warm enough, water is the next essential thing to life. You can live a long time without food, but usually no more than 7 days without water.
Shelter is essential to prevent hypothermia, remember it will kill a person before anything else.
