YOU DO NOT TRY ANY TRICKS FOR THE FIRST TIME WITHOUT A COACH BEING PRESENT. THATS JUST DUMB AND UNSAFE.

but to actually learn, WITH A COACH, you need them to stop you. One had has go on your mid to lower back and the other one goes on the back of your thighs. Then you just go do it. But that is not how a coach will teach you. First you will probably learn with a barrel. You will stand infront of the barrel with your coach holding the barrel in place so it doenst roll until you do the trick. then as you jump backwards, your back will roll on the barrel and flip you over. it is a safer way. and thats how i taught all my gymnast when I was a coach.

You need to make sure that you are really stretched out and that your back is streched out. You should try laying on the ground and doing a bridge. Make sure your shoulders are stretched out as well-u need to be able to support your weight and spring when ur hands hit the floor. If you have a trampoline (which you do) this is good. If you have someone who is willing to spot you this will make it less scary and easier for you at first to get the hang out it. Make sure that you are sitting into your handspring; this means drop your butt in a sitting like position but push your pelvis out (like your holding a pennie between your butt cheeks) and bend your knees. Have a spotter place their hands on your lower back and one of your legs (which ever side you feel most confident on) Jump up and backwards at the same time arching your back. dont turn your head you'll twist and land bad which could be bad for you. when your hands hit the floor you should be in a vertical reverse handstand. with the momentum spring off the matt with your arms using full strength. Other than that, I suggest you go to the gymanstics center and ask a professional to help you, it's the safest and least exspensive way (that way you dont break anything). once you get the hang of it use your trampoline with a spotter.
