I'd go with Isabella and call her Bella for short. Bella just reminds me too much of a pet name.

I love the name Bella - I would use the formal name Annabella and nickname Bella. BTW, Bella means beauiful or lovely

Yes! definitly the name bella means "beautiful" in italian. I would think it would suit any beautiful baby girl. My middle name is lissabella. The name "bellisima" means very beautiful in Italian. Italian people always see the beauty in everything because life is short and it should be treasured and respected as much as possible....and babies are beauty and gifts from" God" So go for it.......
