George W. Bush was born in Connecticut. He was raised most of his life in Texas. He claims to be a Texan; most of us in Texas don't want him, though. Heaven knows *I* don't think of him as a Texan, no matter how much he'd like to think he is.

Yes and No, I think he was born in Ct, but moved to Texas when he was a young boy
