We're so scared of being bored that we fill up every waking hour with nonsense and more nonsense. If we had an extra hour what difference would it make? - NONE WHATSOEVER! We would just fill it up with more nonsense.
All we really have on this Earth is time. You have to decide what to do with it. All of it!
One interesting side effect of travelling into the arctic one summer was I realized that there is no such thing as day and night. Up there it is literally true but its also true everywhere else. Its all just one big chunk of time and we can arrange it however we want.
We're all just so invested in our own little illusions (and the illusions of others that we willingly fall prey to out of boredom and greed). Do we really need to work ourselves to death in order to buy more uneccessary, planet destroying, soul destroying consumer goodies?
I have an answer for that but its better if you come to your own conclusion.
You can have as much time as you want. All of you. Don't settle for an hour, take a whole lifetime and live it on your own terms. Now!

I would choose exercise, I guess. I should be able to fit it in my schedule now, but for some reason I don't. With an extra hour per day, I wouldn't have any excuse!

I'm SO with yummy and njdss - exercise, yoga in particular, sounds like it'd make that hour into the most valuable gift I can imagine. Exercise and meditation really do make you feel better the rest of the time. If only I would set aside the time... I'm sure I have that hour; I just have so many addictions.

Since I'm awake now, I'd guess I'd spend the extra hour sleeping.

Teach, learn from, tickle, hug, pick up & swing about--while I still can!--& collect yet more dinosaur eggs from my 6 yr old niece.
Because she's not near, she's growing so fast, & I love her so.
(2nd: Read, learn more!!!
Because there's never enough time for the insatiable.)
Good question. :)

Exercise. Probably roller-blading or learning how to skateboard. Somewhere quiet would be best so that no one sees me screw up.
