It depends how tall you are... for that weight, your healthy BMI would be for a height between 4'1" and 4'9". If you're taller than 4'9", you're underweight. Make sure you eat healthy to grow tall and strong!! 13 is too young to start worrying about your weight. This is the crucial time to eat well and be healthy. Good luck in everything!

It just depends on how tall you are. There is alot of 13 yrs old that weigh about that much. I dont know about you but if you work out then you might end up gaining more weight because you might eat more. Well that's how the kids around here do it. I am 17 and about 5'2" and only weighed 100 when i started working out i gained weight and look alot better now i dont look sick and i finaly made it to 110 pounds. well hope you figure out what you want! :)

Do you feel good? Do you have good energy? If the only concern you have is that your sister and you think you are too skinny then don't worry about it. As long as you eat as much as you want and it is fairly balanced then you are probably okay. You are at a place where soon you will start growing again and will be eating you folks out of house and home and then you will gain some weight and grow taller. If you Mom or your doctor were concerned then they would do something about it...right?

I'm 13 too, and I've started to eat a lot more. I don't know why either, but everyone seems to be eating more... So I think it's normal. It's probably nothing. If you want to gain weight, do it healthily, just like losing should be done healthily... First, start to eat shakes, weight bars, etc that make you gain weight.. they're probably at nutrition stores or normal pharmacy's like CVS probably have them.

well it does depend on how tall you are but if you are over 5' tall you sould be over or about 100lbs. (muscle) you don't wanna be fat. I'm 13 going on 14 aswell and if you are tall and only weigh 85 that might look a little sickly. so eat right and exercise. Muscle weighs more than fat and takes up less room. You can still look thin and weigh more.

Maybe it's not the how much you eat but what you eat, or don't eat. The human body is an amazingly intelligent machine. It can tell you when you're hungry and when you're not. We as humans must learn to listen. So, turn off the iPod, the cell phone, the tv, radio, stereo, etc. and let your body get some air time.

You have a fast metabolism, Try cutting back a little and your body will adjust from expecting food on a day to day basis bit if you cut back your body will store more because it wont suspect the next time you eat so cut way down and watch the pounds go on.

It depends on how tall your are. My doctor told me, if your at 100 pounds, add 5 pounds 4 every inch. So, if your 5 feet, 4 inches, that's not normal. Go see a doctor if your really concerned.
