Why are we so rude, fat, stupid, ignorant and annoying? What made us like this? Money? Whenever I travel I see us Americans so loud and obnoxious all over the place, I've seen this type of behavior in Italy, Germany and even Sweden... No wonder everyone hates us. If anyones still wondering I am an American.

It's probably because Americans have got so many patriots that are sometimes overdoing it. Don't trashtalk Swedes! Just kidding. =) I've never noticed anything special about us Swedes when it comes to that. I consider us somewhat of an opposite of what you wrote that we are. Maybe it's harder to discover it in people from your own country because you think that it's more normal than it is. I'm not quite sure... =\

You're being a bit too harsh. When I went to the USA I found that the people were quite friendly but in comparison to other countries, yes, they were ignorant and slightly arrogant. When it comes to Americans being everywhere that is unavoidable with Hollywood and there large footprint on the world

First of all, you can't generalize that with every American. There are ignorant, mean people in every culture.
And second, I know lots of europeans that aren't exactly a picnic to be around, trust me. Please think before you speak. You are insulting your own nation...if you don't like it, leave. It's a free country!
