No problem. As a matter of convenience I would recommend the fridge at the top as you will probably use it more often than the freezer. How about a non-slip mat between the two in case the vibration from the motors cause them to slide?

Ive all so been doing it for years and i put my fridge on top for convenience, saves bending down for the milk every time you put the kettle on. Put the freezer on top to begin with, didn't think about it like you have, the freezer was so heavy the fridge door wouldn't open. Check that the fridge stands safely on top, that its 100% secure, wouldnt be good if it was pulled off. So long as the feet arnt hanging over the edge the weight should be enough to keep it in place. Good luck in your new home.x

Sure you can do it, but make sure there is plenty of ventilation all the way around them.We put a large carpet tile on top of the feezer before putting the fridge on top ,saves marking the freezer in case you come to sell and replace with one unit.

No problem with that as long as theres enough space for cooling at the back.
