I have this question for a sample test
The Bake Shoppe has net working capital of $6,100, long-term debt of $10,400, total
debt of $15,200, and owners equity of $18,900. What is the value of The Bake Shoppe s net fixed assets?
I dont get how the answer could be 23,200. it is adding the owners equity + longterm debt - net working capital. Why dont we use the total debt? Can someone explain.

This is a simple calculation derived from the asset side of the balance sheet. Subtract accumulated depreciation for the asset from the asset value. The accumulated depreciation will be stated in the same categories as the asset values.
