Justice done? No.

No that is not what he said. He said it does not belong in Federal court. U.S. District Judge John D. Bates dismissed the case on jurisdictional grounds and said he would not express an opinion on the constitutional arguments. No where in the article you cited does he state that there is no legal basis

No justice has not been served. A man was wrongly convicted, the man who "outed" her was never charged (if in fact a crime was committed). Justice will never be served because the media will report this once and drop it. It does not serve their agenda.
