Probably not, if you have a cat or a dog, or one in the vicinity who wants to be your friend.
We lived at the edge of a town, and always had both cats and dogs, and we got stuff like "bunny gifts" or "mice gifts" (or parts thereof) all the time. It is usually nothing more than a gift of affection from either a canine or feline friend who is proud of their bounty and wants to share it with you. Feel honored, then break out the dust pan! :-)

Only if your superstitious. It's not a bad omen but I know I don't want a dead bunny on my front porch. :(
