I tell you what, it sounds harsh, and I know it cleans out your whole system. Vinegar and water. Whenever I feel groggy and feel like I cant get motivated, I know it is because of the toxins i put in my body, so to get back to nature I just flush my sytem out with vinegar and water. I usually take a 16 oz glass and fill it with about 1/4 cup vinegar, and then the rest with ice cold water. It takes a little bit to get down at first until you are used to the taste but heck it does work. Ya know when you had too much when you start smelling vinegar on yourself.
Also works if you got a hangover, or need to do a pee test.

We are each one different, and our systems can react differently when it comes to digestion as well.
vinegar and water is a good folk medicine treatment, but if you have any funds to spend on yourself in this area, I'd seek the help of a manager of a reputable health food store, not a GNC national place, a privately owned place, and tell them more about yourself than you can tell us here. We each may have additional questions to find out what best may suit you, but you can't get back to us to answer....and the health food strore manager normally is in that line of work BECAUSE they really understand the body, promote natural remedies, and are hoping someone will come in so they can make a positive meaningful difference in the life of someone else!
I'd like to see you get the most bang for the dollar, without having to seek medical help.
In the interim, eat NO MEAT, NO CHEESE, as these two things WILL certainly clog up your intestines which are in your STOMACH, not Stomag, and the RAW vegetable is your best and healthiest natural alternative with lots of clear water with NO sugar added.

There are alot of cleaning products, but most are very hard on the system, a great way to clean the whole system from the stomach to the bowels is to eat nothing but fruit & veggies...for three days...lots of clean water with it...eat some cherries(enough will clean really quick), grapes, necterines, melons...fruit cleans the stomach lining, also dark greens like kale, swiss chard, taken steamed or better yet juiced...also Garlic..raw...then after you clean make sure you put some acidophilis in thru capsules or yogurt(non suger kind) This will keep the walls safe from germs and such...LOTS of clean water...hope it helps
