Just from the extra work of having two children to chase around. I lost all my pregnancy weight from my first child and then ended up gaining it back eventually. I am now 25 weeks with my second and just wondering if its easier to lose and keep off the weight the second time around?

I lost more weight after my 2nd baby because I was not so overwhelmed. When I had my first child, I hardly thought about my weight at all because being a first-time mother was stressful and I just put all that on the back burner. But I felt more confident with my 2nd and so I quickly developed a plan soon after her birth to drop the weight. I just ate smaller portions at meals (didn't have to change my diet), did an aerobic workout video at home 3 times a week and cut out all beverages with sugar.

I lost 15 pounds in 3 months and was back to the weight I wanted.

Last year I gave birth to my third and I've lost all that weight as well using the same plan. Plus, with my third I pumped milk for 6 months and that helped burn calories.

I am at my ideal weight now and we're hoping for number 4!

I was 190 pounds when I got pregnant with my second, 225 when he weas born. When I got pregnant with my third he was only 10 months old and I weighed 136.
