Judging by the way some things are done there - they will probably appoint a director of weather so if it does rain they can execute him to prove that they have done their best but that the failing of one man has undermined their efforts.

If you change the weather in one location it will change the weather somewhere else (just like changing coastlines or river systems). So, in my opinion, the weather should not be controlled. We should just adjust to it.
Having said that, we do control the weather in some ways already. Roofs provide shelter from rain, even some sports stadiums now have roofs that can open or close depending on the conditions outside. Air conditioners and fires control the temperature for a given area.

We can change the weather, and do, on a regular basis. It is very real, and very much becoming part of our modern society. The primary means of changing the weather is cloud seeding, where planes fire silver iodide flares into moisture rich clouds forcing them to rain prematurely. It cannot be said if this process works, as there is no way to prove the storm would have caused rain without seeding.

weather control is 100 percent real......my uncle helped design a chemical that can be dropped int o clouds from a plane, and it will prevent or stop rain. As far as how safe? I can't really say, otehr than i know that there will be some byproduct, how damaging to the environment, I can't say.

I don't think we are any where close to being able to control the weather .
