No. There are too many rule differences between the two. I like the AFL just the way it is. It's a good fast paced high scoring game with lots of action. I also like the NFL for just the opposite reasons. It's a little slower. More defense oriented. I the AFL the offense wins championship. In the NFL it's defense

no I don't... rarely do players from either area enjoy success in the other area.. NFL players don't do well in the AFL nor do the AFL players really do well in the NFL.. I do however think the NFL needs a "minor league" that is regionalized somewhat for those guys that need a lil more time to develop.. plus I disagree with Rookies starting in the NFL with all the hype they get.. a year in the minor's would do alot of folks good and help to weed out the bad seeds (like PacMan Jones)

No.
Completely different set of rules
Poor talent level of the AFL players (that's exactly why those guys are playing in the arena league and not in the NFL)

No because it is a different game. They would need to make a different NFL STYLE game. Take that Pro League that is being thrown around in talk. IF that is started then that would work. Thing is that the 50 yard game is played totally different. Between the 2 men in motion rule to the way you design and call plays.

Not unless they change the rules and the game in the AFL to comply with the NFL.... ....Its way different and you'd just have to reteach the player once he got into the NFL>.......Plus its is a good way to get a potential player hurt badly......Everytime I see a guy crash into the wall I think this is so stupid....better to crash into a photographer or staff member than a wall......

Completely different game. There have been plenty of seasoned backups in the NFL that couldn't crack an AFL squad.

The new AAFL has a better chance of being that kinda league than the AFL or AFL2 has.

No, the possibility of career ending injuries is too high in football. No way a team would submit a potential talent to unnecessary games at a minor league level.

yes because they need a farm system after closing down nfl europe which had an eveolving fan base. it will be hard for them to duplicate that success. there are rumors about having it in mexico, to broaden the fan base.
