i have a really cool workout that works on your forearms and your shoulders.
1)what you do is get a wooden dowel like the one in your closet that you hand your clothes on.
2)drill a hole through it and tie a piece of string or rope to that.(make sure it is a couple feet long, but not too long)
3)then you tie a 5 lb weight to the other end.
4) wrap some electrical tape where your hands will be placed. (on the stick)
5)start with it unrolled... roll the weight up and then roll it back down while keeping your arms completely straight.
6) going up then back down counts as one. do sets of 5 until you can't take it anymore.
this works great

Some dumbbells, at like10-15 to start maybe and curl them wit your forearm/wrist.

This is usually a good start.

If your stronger than 10-15 then you can increase the weight.
