Is just that seems to me this world these days is really consumed for this corporate-lawsuit ideology, maybe the kids did hurt 40 years ago but nobody made a deal of it, now even burning your tongue with coffee gives you an excuse to squeeze millions out of a corporation..... participate on the poll

It is not just the lawyers that have become more greedy. Our nation has become one of what is referred to as Easy Money. Get a lawyer if if it is your fault that events caused you to IE: cry

This along with defense attorney's tying up our courts has made the system virtually useless. So much so that legitimate law suits are often on the back burner.

well if we're talking about the toy it self i blame the parents some of them don't even bother to get age appropriate toys. like the 3 year old whose parent bought him that magnitix toy made for kids 8 and up then wanted to sue when he ate the magnets and died. i see a lot of that on the news. when i was little my mom did not by me a toy unless i was old enough to use it. really because she thought I'd break it and it would be a waste but still. but if i really have to pick i pick the kids.

when i was little i wanted this so bad

and the place i was in, a kind of orphanage, got one and we played on it but only when the group leader was there

and it was fun you know sometimes we took it out and cooked with it and we learned how to get flour and stuff from the kitchen and make our own mixes

we never burned ourselves sometimes we would put our hands near the bulb cause it was fun to be in danger but never any burns it didnt get hot

and it took stuff forever to make if you didnt have the right mixes

i cant see how someone burned themselves unless they are really young

I'm going with C. Ever bought a box of cracker jacks lately? No more prizes, just some lame puzzles or bad tattoos.

Lawyers together with people who hire them. We live in a time of greed - which makes the very essence of capitalism actually.
