CA is a pretty liberal state, even the Republicans here can be pretty liberal.
And, yes, the 'base' may abandon the party if Guiliani wins the primary - but, the base plays a major role in primaries, so he may not be the frontrunner national polls paint him as.

that's not previous evaluate yet basically distinctive. you're caught at living house and he's caught in an place of work. even although, he does get to pass away the living house and not be tied down with a toddler 24/7 that's what the main suited difficulty is. you will desire to ask around and discover somebody solid who can babysit your baby for some hours so which you would be able to get out to relish some "me" time. you fairly do want that or you will pass loopy. I thoroughly relate on your frustration...I went via that myself while my babies have been little and as quickly as i for my section did set up to pass out as quickly as each and every week (each and every so often as quickly as a month) I felt lots greater suitable using fact I had time away to unwind and refer to my friends and be around different adults instead of being with my babies 24/7.

I hesitate to predict the irrational, e. g., the Republican mind, but I suspect that Rudy leads because the Repubs aren't paying attention. The true believers will hate his personal life and his views on guns and abortion. They just aren't paying attention yet. Repubs are good at attacking, so watch what happens when the pitbulls decide to dismember Rudy. It won't be pretty. Not that it's pretty now.

Probably. In a nationwide poll, 21% of Republican respondents answered "none of the above" to a list of the Republican candidates which included Fred Thompson.

I'll stay home. I voted AGAINST the Democrat candidate in the last two elections, mostly because they were traitors and lunatics. But I'm tired of it. If the GOP won't run someone worth voting FOR, then they deserve to lose.

I think that Fred Thompson will give him a run for his money in Sept. when he announces.
Contrary to the statements of many, Republicans will be out in full force and will vote AGAINST the Democratic front runner. :)

Giuliani appeals to moderate Democrats who like the Republican fiscal agenda, but oppose the social conservative nonsense the party has been preaching. Giuliani is sort of an old school Republican who cares about cutting taxes, fighting crime, and staying out of people's personal lives as much as possible. This is very appealing and why I support him.
