We have "Busters " law (named after a adorable cat that was tortured) and the penalties are very harsh. I'm thinking because he has ton's of cash to spend on lawyers he won't even get what would amount to a traffic infraction.

Michael Vick should be brought to trail and hopefully sent to prison. I love dogs , I cried when I seen those 2 black Pitt Bull trying to lick one another. That is the dirtiest of all dirt to make 2 dogs fight until they kill one another. He had rape thing , if the female wasn't quite ready he tied them up and let the male dog rape her, oh how horrible. How can human being even think about hurting innocent dogs or making killers out of them. I hope he has to stay in prison for 50 years.

I wouldn't mind if he were prosecuted in every state where there were any fights he attended, or involving any of the dogs he owned, or previously owned and sold. Each such fight would be a separate offense, so I see no Double Jeopardy issue. If he got six years in jail from each state, I'd have no problem with that.

I would hope so....with his luck he can get out of the dog fighting but since it is HIS kennel he will hopefully get charged with at least animal cruelty. I hope he dies a painful death for what he did to those dogs and for what happens to the other 66 dogs who are now being put down becuase they are too dangerous or injured.

wouldn't it be nice if we could choose the courthouse, and the judge for that matter, we wanted to try specific criminals. Unfortunately we can't. He will be tried in the Federal Court that handles Virginia, in Richmond I think, under Federal statues.

Just drop him off in Boulder. $10 he doesn't make it out alive.
