i have a 2004 kia sedona with 87,000 miles and it just started shifting hard not all the time but every now and then specialy down shift. should i change the trans oil and filter or just flush or what

change the fluid and filter and then add a bottle of Lucas transmission fix to free up the valves in the tranny.

Cant hurt change filer an get a trans flush that way it cleans out the torque converter.

take it in a mechanic shop and say i need to oil the gears of my car (2004 kia sedona )
