I will say ... the Russian Cosmonaut is probably smarter than the American high school dropout drug dealer ... In other words, it depends on which specific Russian and which specific American.
Remember that the former USSR was the first to launch a man into space, launched the first man made satellite and have made numerous technological advances, so, you must concede that Russia probably has some pretty brilliant people.

Russians are smarter.
You see, many of us were able to learn English and work in USA, but few of yours can understand a bit of Russian. Look at Condoleeza, for example, she learned Russian for years, and still speaks like a shepherd.
We studied just 10 years in the school, you have K-12. What a shame: in the 12th grade they still treat you like kids. And many Americans still cannot read.
Just one fact. An average income of Russian immigrant family in USA is 50% more than a family of native-born White Americans.

My buddy just got back from Russia. He said where he went the government turns off the energy in the spring when it's still 40 degrees all day so that the drunk folks have no heat or hope. Communism kills.
