I am looking for a www sight where I can name the country & city and get current weather conditions with a 5 day forcast. I don't want to go to a different web sight for each country and city.

http://www.worldweather.org/ is one of the standard reliable sources. It has a two day forecast and an average annual climate in the page too.(Very informative if you are travelling)
http://www.wunderground.com/ has 5 day forecast.

Accuweather has the most worldwide cities that I've ever seen it has almost all of them
