They could be using there power to help capture terrorist but no they miss use it I say let them make a fool of them selfs it only be worse and then there poll number will go down more.

They don't want to make any difficult choices. They are afraid of losing votes in the next election. So, they don't tackle the tough, meaningful issues. They are using theatrics to try to show their constituents that they are doing something.
