I love the name Savanna

No, I am naming my kids when i have any Kurt Pirate for the boy and Marilyn Norma for the girl. Savanna is a gorgous name but alot of people have it, go with something more original. ;]

Absolutely. I prefer the spelling Savannah, though. The only draw back that I have with this name is that it is pretty popular and trendy seeming now. If it were more of a rare treasure, I'd be more likely to use it. One of my favorite combos is Savannah Kate. I have loved Savannah for a long time because of the movie 'Savannah Smiles.'

I am pregnant and If I have a girl her name will be
Savanna Nichole. I have always loved the name Savanna.

I like the name as Savannah. As for naming my daughter that... perhaps as a middle name. I don't know any Savannahs (it's not as common to come across someone named that in my county) but it doesn't jump out at me as much as other names do.

It is kind of common, but not ridiculously overused. I do think it's pretty. The only concern is with nicknames. I know a little girl named Savannah, and for most of her life, everyone has called her Vannah. I don't like that at all, and it makes me think of Vanna White.

No, but I would name her Savannah. I went to school with a girl named Savannah and thought it was gorgeous, of course shortly afterwards everyone and their mother jumped on that train.

Sit down with your spouse and decide together
what you want to name your baby. My daughter
and her Hubby got the baby book of names and
decided together, they both picked the same

I wouldn't, only b/c I have a good friend who named her daughter Savannah Ashley. I think it's pretty though.
