I just returned from a month(6/4 - 7/5) long stay in LV.

I had thirty one comp nights, along with many comped meals. All in return for my nickel/dime/quarter video poker play(NO Franklins)

The key to playing the comp game, is to find a casino that has the game(s) you like to play, in a hotel/casino you enjoy, that will take care of you at your level of play.

I've found Harrahs and/or Venetian have great comp card benefits. Harrahs is probably better since you can gain/use the Harrahs Total Rewards comps at Harrahs, Rio, Caesars Palace, Paris/Ballys, Flamingo in Vegas as well as use it at other Harrahs properties across the country.

Honestly, unless you're dropping rolls of Franklins, there's really no great comps. For the average Joe, good luck.

It ain't like it used to be!

have to bet large amounts of cash and play for long hours at the tables or the slots, it is all computerized basically they have a formula for every amount you wager combined with the time you spend will equal certain levels of comps
