The Bush Junta is responsible for Iraq. Anyway, the 'liberal media', if it ever existed doens't exist anymore.....have you tuned into ABC..CBS...NBC lately? Thirty minutes of 'news'...90% of it is fluff like 'cat in the tree stories'. Of the 30 minutes, 17 minutes is commercials for expensive medicines or cars. No editorials.....So....what the hell is 'liberal' about that?

Liberal media is maybe a misnomer, but if you said 'pro-government' media, I'd agree.

It used to be that only liberals were pro-government, so I think maybe that's where the mix-up comes from. Now both parties want a bigger more meddlesome government, just with different, disgusting goals.

The media is up for whatever increases corporate welfare, especially wars (NBC=GE=Major supplier of military electronics, rockets, nuclear power, etc)

I assume you're being facetious. The media, though, does get it's share of the blame in my opinion. They completely failed to do any investigating, any questioning... well heck, they just flat out didn't do their job when the spin doctors started pounding the war drums.

That question is a great example of how the "Party of personal responsibility" refuses to take responsibility for it's own actions.

No, but they are responsible for you referring to the current situation as a ''debacle''.

Nope...scapegoat....just like the Dems in Congress who have single handedly messed up Bush's war despite the fact they have only been in power for six months and the war has gone bad for four years.

No, they always report the truth!! Why does everyone blame everything on the media. It not like global warming wasn't really caused by us!!! How about catching up with the times.

Are you serious? Really?

Neocons, Republicans, and many right wing conservative Christians are the ones who ushered the war through, even after they knew it's premise was a lie. And many of the news stations are definitly conservative in nature.

But in actual answer...no media, not even conservative, is responsible for this "debacle" of a war. Our "government" however, is.

Are you being facitious? We are all responsible...particularly the people who voted for Bush, and the American Conservative owned media conglomerates, who fail to tell American's the whole picture. My suggestion to you. BBC/CBC.
