Can you get to Johto in Pokemon Leaf Green?

No, you cannot travel to another other region except for Kanto and the Sevii islands in Leaf Green and Fire Red.

Only in Gold, Silver and Crystal can you travel to multiple regions. (Kanto and Jhoto)
