It's the one where I know in one scene Peter is extremely fat, fatter than he already is and Brian I think has to carry him around on something and some kid asks his dad if it's Mercury and the dad makes some remark and Peter calls him a jacka**. Does anybody know this one?

I watch this just the other day. Cannot remember the exact title, but its the episode where Lois takes Meg on spring break and Peter buys his fishing boat. I will update the title tonight when I can check my DVD. (if you still have the question open)
BTW...the guy was Tom Tucker and his kid, the one with the upside down face:

The episode is called "Fish out of Water" Peter loses his job and becomes extremely obese, then ends up buying a fishing boat to become a fisherman, meanwhile Meg and Louis go on spring break.
