I love the name Teddy for a little boy!! Also, Lucky? Pick something that means something important just as you are doing with the middle name, is there a family member on both sides that you adore with the same name? My mom named me after Melissa Gilbert on Little House on the Prairie! haha

Well the first and middle name should usually flow good together, I have a few suggestions, but I dunno what the middle name will be so it might not go good.

Well I like Bradley Ryan which is my son's name, Andrew, James, Conner, Jeremy, Jared is adorable, and Adien.

Cale is a great boys name. you wont find many kids with that name, and Thomas would be a great middle name. I think any middle name would go too.
