Egypt has plenty of fields. They're right alongside the nile river for the entire length of the nile's journey through the country.
That being said, Egyptian cotton is a type of cotton, not a place where the cotton is from. Egyptian cotton is grown worldwide.

Egyptian cotton is among the finest cottons in the world. It has a long staple which means that as the puff is pulled ~ as it is spun ~ it lengthens out into a long strand of thread. That is quite desirable, since it makes a strong cloth when woven

Egypt is one of the most fertile countries in the world. The Nile washes nutrients down from the mountains and annual flooding is like a natural fertilizer for the soil. There have been periods in history where pretty much all the food in the world came from Egypt (the Romans, for example, leaned heavily on it).

Of course they have farm fields there. They use the nile river to irrigate. What makes you think they have no fields?
