Yes, ownership of vehicles isn't checked at tracks, it's assumed!
But no hire car company I know of would allow it, so don't get caught. And don't even think about crashing cos it'll be a dead give away, and you won't be covered by any insurance, etc. etc.

Yes you could do it but when you sign for the car read it , one of the statements you are signing for is no rallying or racing of the car , and if you crash it and they find out what you were doing they can and probably will take you to court and sue you for it , but let's put it another way if you gave your mate a shot of your car and he went and did that with your car i think you would be a little unpleased !! it really is not worth the risk in the long run

It is theoretically possible, but you will have to get the hire company's permission (get it in writing), and many may not be willing.
You may find that they are more willing to allow it if you can insure the car for track use.

Possibly, but if you damage it you will be asked (sued!) for the cost of repair/replacement, the lost income resulting from not having it available for rent, and probably put on a black-list
