Hahaha, what a funny but sad question.
Um, I would definitely wrap myself in a towel.
Some bed sheets.
Aluminum foil
Anything that wraps easily.
And if anyone asked, I'd say I was in my bathing suit underneath. xP
But I wouldn't go outside if I didn't have any clothes to wear!

Sheets, blankets, towels. If none of those were available I would just walk proudly out. The guy at the counter isn't going to waste you're time trying to sell you something you don't want.

A towel--I see lots of kids around here going to the stores wrapped in towels with dripping wet hair--of course, they have bathing suits on underneath...but that's what we assume...! So, it could be feasible without too many stares, I think!
