Do you think that the Native Americans still talk to their grandfather's spirit? Talking to grandfathers is the way to find out answers to daily questions. So do you still talk to your grandfather's spirit?

Funny you should mention this. Just yesterday, I was commenting to my lady about visiting my uncle in late October shortly before he died (on Christmas Day, oddly). He gave me a hug that was far more than a "goodbye" hug. It had more meaning and feeling than anything I could possibly ever describe as if he was passing a legacy down to me. You see, my Grandfather (my dad and uncle's dad) was a patriarch with a capital P. He made us all feel very special. When he died in the seventies, that role was passed on to my uncle who was the cement that kept our family together ever since. When my uncle died, I could feel my spirit fill with both his and his father's spirit as if to say, "It's up to you now." "Talk" isn't really the word, though. I "feel" what my Grandpa and Uncle felt.... A compelling urge to keep the family ties strong and healthy. It's quite a feeling. I wish I could talk to them directly, but I know that spiritually, they are here to guide me and help me see the right way to do things
