he should not be out partying and doing this when he is committed. if they have kids, that's even worse. she should have a serious talk with him about how she feels.

NO!!!!!! Like you said he's 38 not 18 anymore. I think its time to grow up alittle. My husband goes out with his buddies once in a great great while is it ever past 10 or 11pm. He always comes home and i tell him he could stay out later if he wanted to but he always tells me "I'm committed to you, they are out hitting on other woman and getting drunk, They are married to. But I'm married and I know whats the right thing to do. And thats come home and be with you." Every time he tells me that i just fall back in love with him.

There is no reason why he should be rolling up in the house at that time in the morning. He is married and he needs to grow up and act like he's marred. That's just down right disrespectful to there marriage. Tell your cousin to start dressing her best (making sure he sees her), start going out and don't come home until 4am and see how he likes them apples. I bet he will stop.

If she doesn't know where to go Wal-Mart is open is open 24hrs.

If a 38 year old is out until 3:00 a.m. there is trouble brewing and it is guaranteed to get ugly. She need to say something. It might be easy or he might get pissed and tell her that he can do what he pleases. If it is the latter, the trouble has all ready brewed and now boiling over. NOT GOOD.

No once in a while is fine but if this is a habit of his all the time the no i do not think it is good for a married man to be out that late that many times. Usually that is a sign that he is unsettled.

Not good. That man is certainly not hanging out until 3am and respecting his marriage. He can't possibly love her so because he has her approval, he's cheating on her.

If she's not confronting him about this, then what difference does it make. She's not treating him like a husband so why should he treat her like his wife. I hope for their sake, no children are watching this.

Stupid, stupid move.

Not at all! a husband is suppose to stay home everynight, If he is out several times a week, then he doesn't want a wife.
I can't believe, he is doing this!

Well, if he's just out with his friends, who cares. If he has kids or something like that, then I would say he needs to tone it down. Maybe he's the kind of person that can't sit still for too long? It's hard to say without knowing the person.
