in the UK will i be able to sue a newspaper for publishing a close up photo of me without my permission? i look terrible in the picture and now loads and loads of people will see it!!!

Sure you can sue, however if you were in a public place it is highly unlikely you would win.

Oh grow up! That is the problem with people these days. Why don't you get over yourself and laugh with them. It happen to everyone. No one likes their pictures. If you laugh with them they won't even think it's that funny but if you act like it bothers you then you will never live it down.

threaten them but hold back and if you catch them doing it again sue them for harassment, or sue them straight away.
