I would try to get a good night's sleep beforehand (but don't sleep much more than usual, or you will be groggy). A light breakfast would be good (you don't want to be weak or worried about your stomach rather than the exam), but don't eat anything heavy, which could give you an upset stomach.

You probably want to minimize time spent waiting for restrooms, so I wouldn't drink too much. When I took the Bar exam, I was terrified of wasting time waiting for a free stall, so I brought a bottle of water, allowed myself one sip in the morning and one at lunch, then guzzled the rest of the water as soon as the exam was over! It may not have been too healthy, but it worked.

As for caffeine, I wouldn't do more than you usually do, because you never know how you might react. It could make you shaky and jittery if you aren't used to it. If you normally have caffeine in the morning, go ahead.

That's one heck of a test... what is it for? Anyway, get a full nights sleep (at least 7 hours) and don't spend the whole night before studying. Just before you go to sleep briefly look over your notes or whatever you have. Studies show that your brain brings whatever it last processes into your dreams and night brain activity which technically helps you retain the information because your brain is replaying what you focused on right before you went to sleep all night long.
I'd stay away from energy drinks. If you like orange juice drink that, because Vitamin C in energizing. Eat a breakfast that isn't too heavy. Don't go all out like bacon, eggs, toast, etc. Just like some O.J., Nutri-Grain bar(s) and cereal. Nothing too fancy. Also chocolate, like hearshys chocolate bars. They have a lot of sugar but something in them makes the 'sugar energy rush' last longer than other candies or energy drinks. Eat the chocolate about 10 min before the test. Good luck.

Lots of sleep before hand. Don't study all at once. Break it down over the course of a couple of days. Eat a balanced breakfast. No caffeine, the energy drinks will cause you to burn out. Bring peppermints with you. It will help with your memory and concentration.

I would eat a good healthy breakfast with a mix of carbs, proteins and fats. Caffeine will make you crash during the test. Plus may make you more anxious. I'd eat like an egg sandwich for breakfast with a big glass of milk. They must give you a break for lunch or snacks!!

Do not drink caffine. Drink water and eat a good breakfast. At least cereal and some fruit. Go to bed early the night before- by 10 at the latest. Eat something with cinnamon in it, cinnamon has been proven to enhance memory.
