If he was truly a merciful god, he would have greased the side of the boat to keep those damn liberals. from climbing aboard.

You have asked a very good question, --- However you should at least give him credit for remembering to grease the sides of the Ark so those damn liberals couldn't climb on board.

not that I agree with your weak attempt to bash my party... but it does remind me of a joke at Texas' expense (what can I say.. I'm from Arkansas.. we have a love/hate relationship with Texas)
A Mexican, an Arkansan and a Texan are walking along and lo and behold they kick up a magic lamp. The Mexican picks it up and out pops a genie. He looks at the 3 and says "Ok, since there are 3 of you, I will give you each one wish" .. The Mexican thinks for a moment and says "I wish that all my people were back home in Mexico and happy and wealthy".. the genie snaps his fingers and *poof* it's done.. the Texan scratches his head and says "You mean there are no more Mexicans in Texas? Well I want you to build a 100 foot tall 100 foot thick impermeable wall all the way around Texas" ... the genie snaps his fingers and *poof* it's done.
The Arkansan just looks at the genie and says "You know that wall you just built.. fill it with water"

because someone had to be patient enough to teach right wingers how to swim. He knew if right wingers tried to teach other right wingers to swim it would be a mess. They would think the only reason someone was teaching them to swim was because it would aid in the spread of agenda of prevention, good health care for all, real education, peace, using the power of the U.S. for the spread of peace. In otherwords if someone took the time to really teach them something they must have a personal hidden agenda to advance evil.

He didn't have to. Do you really think if god had commanded a conservative to build the ark, he would have saved animals, instead of gold and jewels, and maybe charged people to get on board? Noah was definitely a liberal.
