She flew into JFK from San Francisco and I flew in from London. I met her at the airport and took her to the 'Roosevelt Hotel' so she could change and shower.
I got a taxi that took us to the Rockefeller Centre where we had a light lunch where the ice rink is in the winter...but in summer is an open air restaurant.
We were so much in love that neither of us wanted the day to be wasted so instead of going to get some sleep...we went to Central Park and spent the afternoon walking and talking.
At about 6 o'clock...we got a taxi out to the West Village and found a beautiful Spanish restaurant with old men waiters and crisp white table cloths. We ate lobster and drank Rioja wines...One of the waiters couldn't help himself and came to the table to tell us that he loved his wife in the same way that we loved each other. He was so happy for us.
We went back to the hotel with the idea that we should get ready to go to see a show...
The next morning...I woke up with the love of my life sleeping in my arms. I gently removed my arm and after leaving her a note telling her how much I loved her...went to Starbucks for coffee and Cinnamon twists!
I came back and woke her up for her coffee. We had fourteen more days together. I looked into her eyes and felt the perfect happiness.
I'm not even boasting...that was how it was.

Depends on where it falls in the relationship. If a first date, a nice walk in the country, or woods, enjoying Nature and chatting. Then maybe a meal at a nice, quiet restaurant or pub with good food. A few gentle kisses don't come amiss at the end of the day, but no pressure to rush fences, if it's the first few dates.

Me and hubby would wake up before the sun head out on the motorcycle driving east so I could watch the sun rise... my favorite part of the day. We would stop for breakfast at a little mom & pop place for some good old fashion waffles & eggs & bacon, after breakfast we would drive down Pacific Coast Highway watching the surfers and stop at the dog beach to watch the dogs run and play. After that we would continue down the coast to Huntington Beach to have dinner at Ruby's on the pier. We would head home rent a good scary movie make some popcorn and snuggle in for the night!

We met on the Internet. After 3 weeks he came and picked me up and took me out for good Mexican food. Then he asked if I wanted to come back to his house, or just take me home. I took the chance and went back to his place. We talked and watched a movie and then made out a bit. Things were going fast so I said "I need to go home now" and he took me home.
He said later that he totally respected me for not going any further (we're both over 30), and we were married 2 months later! So that was the perfect first date.

It would be a day out to a small island resort we would be with friends and spend the day which would include boating, swimming in the sea and a light meal on the beach. As the sun went down we would all go home and have a nice drink to relax and chat about life and things.

We'll ride down to the French Quarter and walk along the river walk, then go eat and have a few drinks and finish up at one of the quarter clubs listening to some blues or rock music!!!

My one true love and I at a resturant with live jazz music and a dance floor followed by a walk in the park, then watching the stars from the swingset. OR A laid back dinner at the Cheesecake Factory before heading off to floor seats watching the Lakers stomp the Heat!!

i would get picked up by the guy from home and he would have flowers waiting for me. we would go out to dinner, talk and what not, go for a nice quiet walk in a park or something and continue the whole talking bit. after all is said and done he would take me home like a gentleman, walk me to the door, plant a hell of a kiss on me, would say i'll call you (and means it), and would go on home.
that would be the perfect date for me.
