Just from a practical standpoint, if you haven't seen Pirates yet, you need to do it as soon as possible because it's being shown at fewer & fewer theaters. Here in Houston, for example, it's only at 4 theaters, none of which are close to me. You could wait for the DVD, but these movies rock on the big screen!
Harry Potter, on the other hand, is still new & will be playing on more screens for the next several weeks.

Harry Potter this Pirates goes on forever i almost fell asleep its a movie for home so you can rewind if you get distracted and believe me i LOVE Johnny depp and i still got distracted
