Legos - all the way. I loved the big ones when I was really little. I used to build tall towers lol. Then when I got older I liked building houses w/ the really tiny legos. I still do it when I'm bored lol.

ouch, wow, good question. Both are more fun in quantity, but can be enjoyed even in small amounts...I have to say legos though, they have moer varitetey and you can do a lot more with them.
