Do you think that America will pick a black man over a woman or a woman over a black man? They are both stereotyped.

Yes they are sterotyped. But republicans and democrats are also sterotyped as well as rich and poor people. Most people in my circle are simply voting for the best American for the job. I know blacks that are voting for Hillary or Edwards or even some of the republican candidates. I also know whites that support Obama. The majority of this country simply wants a good president. White men have been doing the now exclusively for over 200 years. And we have had some that were really good and some that stunk up up the White House. So it should be apparent to everyone with a vote that race and sex are irrelevant.

True Americans will NEVER back another Clinton, and being a woman sure dont help. As for Obama, I dont think America is ready for a black man, Just ask AL Sharpton. Also I read somewhere that after the attacks in the UK a couple weeks ago, there is some solumn speculation that he might just be a member of a sleeper cell.......................................Personally I think Fred Thompson will be elected.

Who's stereotyped? Ignorant people stereotype. The reason we notice all the stereotypes is because the majority of people do not believe in them. thus the majority is not stereotyping them.

We shouldn't elect either of them based on sex or skin color. How about on principles and issues?

I'm a woman and will pick Obama because I prefer him over the others. Gender and skin color aren't important to me.

Sadly, I don't know that this country is ready for either. Hopefully America will choose the best person for the job regardless of race or gender.

I think in this election a white man. In the Dem party I think Clinton is likely to win the nomination. I don't think either one will fare too well, her because of her image and him because of his lack of experiance and even though I hate to say it his religious back ground. I also don't think Lieberman would be able to get in if he ran due to religion which sucks because I like him.

Barak voted against the war in Iraq when it was popular, that shows good judgment on his part. Any democrat will need some support from the republican side to win, and Hillary will get none.

Well I hope we elect based on their ability to do the job than by race or gender

Skin color and gender are completely irrelevant. Its the character that makes a leader. Why are liberals so caught up with skin color and gender?

His name is Barack, not Baraka.
And I would definitely vote for him over Hillary.
