If I like the girl, or I am in love with her, or the chemistry is there. Of course I would get aroused. With me it is so rare for that to happen but once in a while you meet a girl and yes arousal from just kissing is possible.

BTW, how many times in the Jewish scripture does it ever record the death penalty being carried out for adultery?

Yes it is. It's more common among teens but sexual arousal can come up with little things like kissing. Men get boners in the morning just when we wake up so it's not a malfunction and he's not a freak or perv.

Men can get aroused from just looking, let alone touching or kissing. It seems normal to me.

sure...arousal is such a subjective thing. Kissing may not get some guys super hot and bothered, but absolutely get another guy aroused.
