check with her parents to make sure that it is okay to talk about (basicly) sex ed with her. And if they approv tell her without using slang words. And tell her to buy a good book on periods, growing up, and puberty. So that if you feel weird telling her, she can just read it in a book and find out for herself :d

first of all get you spelling right. its when a guy or girl, pleasures themselves to the point of orgasm. can be done with hands/fingers/or toys for girls. if you don't know what it is, your probably too young to achieve it.
