Keep a box of kitty litter in the same place every day. Put the rabbit in the kitty litter and let it nose around. Keep doing this several times a day. Once the rabbit uses the litter it will return on its own.

My rabbits like the litter box to be in a plastic dog crate. I guess they liked the privacy.

Put the litter box in a corner. They seem to like that. Keep it low to the ground, they like to back in for some reason. Try not to be surprised at the volume of urine they produce. Biggest training is not potty but wires. They love to nibble and 110 volts will be a great way for them to learn if they survive. Pay your fire insurance and put smoke detectors in all rooms that the rabbit will go in.

ask a rabbit shelter, i.e. thebunnybunch.org or other rabbit advocate group, they can help you. You'll need a large cat litterbox, rabbit safe litter, and rabbit recommended hay, and a 3 foot high pen gate. Took my bun 3 days and she's house trained now, always uses her litterbox. Never use cat litter for a bunny!!!
