Yes. I think it would be about the same too, just with different things wrong with the country. Everybody looks at Bush as a horrible president, but he's doing what he should and has to do pretty much. People don't see that. We can't pull out of Iraq right now, otherwise it will get worse, which would make us look really really bad, since we went into Iraq and made it that way, and then left leaving it in more chaos then it was in before. People don't look at the whole story before they complain, they are shallow minded and don't look at the whole situation before they protest.

I suspect not only would we continue to live, but we'd do it at a higher standard once he's out of office. And maybe, just MAYBE, the next one in could manage to salvage what little credibility we have left with the rest of the world.
I sure do pity the cleanup crew that comes in after that wrecking ball finally exits stage left.

Personally, I'd be thrilled if we never had another Bush or Clinton in the White House.
