Are there any theories/possibilities about sending tropospheric ozone to atmosphere?

or other ways to get rid of troposferic ozone (something to bind on it and make it less poisonous to lungs liver and plants)

I have not read any new ideas about this. The ozone pollution is a health hazard, but as of now there is no way for us to collect this ozone and transfer it to the ozone layer. This is too bad. We produce enough ozone to take care of the hole in the ozone layer for the next century.
