I am always taken seriuosly except when I'm joking and sometimes even then people aren't sure!

This sounds like paranoia. I think you may have some low self esteem and are seeing what you want to see from people.
Work on your confidence and you will see that people would like to hear a valid contribution from you rather than not offering input because YOU feel what you have to offer isn't worthy.

no one can takes me seriously, I don't even take my self serious! and yes, some people do that to me but I couldn't care less! I know I am better than that!

I used to have a friend that treated me like that. They aren't a friend now.
